Most importantly, you'll gain real-life experience and explore what it's like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance and possibilities with the opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence.The Credit Analyst will be a team member of :The Specialized Mortgage Services Group provides treasury management and lending services to businesses involved with the origination of real estate secured loans. This group is comprised of these areas * Warehouse Lending - Residential Consumer Mortgages; * MSR Lending - Servicing Rights on Residential Consumer Mortgages; * Correspondent Mortgage Solutions - Purchase of Residential Consumer Mortgages to be held on the Bank's balance sheet; * Note Finance - Commercial Mortgages secured by commercial and residential real estate.What we are looking for: We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers. You may be a fit for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:

• College Degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent
• Completion of an Accounting course
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
