    • Job Requirements
    • Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months current PCU experience
    • Active Arizona state license required
    • No Nursys Hits required
    • All certifications must be active upon submission
      • Schedule Information
      • All RTO must be less than 7 days
      • RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays
      • All shifts the traveler is open to working must be listed
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old
        • Resume must include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
          • Additional Details
          • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
          • Flu vaccination required, declinations can be applied for
          • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
