*** REMOTE WORK ( Eastern Time Zone business hours ) -- however, preference will be given to candidates who are either local or can relocate for on-site work (hybrid schedule) in Phoenix AZ

API Governance Business Systems Analyst :

- Collect, catalog, and rank all APIs used within the organization
- Help provide direction on API management platforms, governance rule compliance, and work closely with application owners to ensure API compliance.
- Provide metric reports to management on API compliance status
- Collaborate with application owners to develop compliance plans for non-compliant APIs
- Establish and maintain a central repository for API inventory, including classification, ownership, and rating

Required skills and experience :

- Understanding of API governance principles and best practices
- Proficiency in establishing and managing central repositories for API inventory
- Experience with API documentation tools and practices
- Experience with API security standards and protocols
- In-depth knowledge of API platforms, specifically Apigee
- Other API management products (e.g., MuleSoft, Kong, Azure API Management)
- DataPower
