The Patient Specialist Responsibilities would include but not limited to:Meet outbound of call volume quotaManage client accountsComply with HIPAA regulationsAccurately log daily activityProvide detailed precise notations of patient conversationsResponsible for educating PTs regarding remote monitoringEnrollment of PT information and equipment orderingTechnical support knowledge of remote monitorsAssist with remote monitor set up and maintaining connectionAbility to multitask and provide highest quality of serviceDiscuss general insurance coverage with patientsInsurance verification and check benefitsEducation, Work Experience and Requirements:Bilingual (Preferred)Professional CommunicationProficient in Microsoft Office ToolsMinimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat we offer:Competitive pay, ongoing training opportunities and significant career advancement potential.PIddced73b14d5-25660-35639796
